Do you know why the water cycle is so Important? I will explain the four stages.
Evaporation is when water from lakes, seas and rivers evaporate into the air. The sun heats up the water turning the liquid into vapour. Vapour is a type of gas.
There are different types of condensation, I will explain them.
You know the fog on your window that's condensation. There is also the vapour from the evaporation process, it turns back into liquid and forms a cloud.
Once the cloud is filled with water it rains that's called precipitation. It's not just rain it's also snow, hail or even sleet that condenses into the ground.
Collection is when water the water that falls from the clouds are collected in any water source most will infiltrate into the ground and collect as under ground water.
So the water cycle keeps going around and without it we would be dead that's why it's important. ( Humans or living things need water).
